Multi-source Fare Search Capabilities.  The Travel Company offers travelers access to inventory from our GDS reservation system (Worldspan), direct connect suppliers (like Southwest and AirTran) as well as a large selection of web-only discount rates. (Our agents utilize Booking Builder which compares GDS rates with web-only rates.) We take it a step further and provide the corporate travelers with additional fare search options from low fare carriers such as RyanAir, EasyJet and Virgin Australia who are not represented in our GDS. 

Corporate Negotiated Rates.  The Travel Company will utilize any available corporate negotiated rate already in place with your corporation.   For clients with the volume to warrant negotiated corporate rates, The Travel Company will help you manage the contract fulfillment process to ensure great rates moving forward.  The Travel Company has an expert level of experience negotiating client discounts.  We have the contacts among the major airlines, hotel vendors and car rental companies available to us to assist in the process.

By combining 24 hour worldwide toll-free telephone support with Agent24, The Travel Company can deliver a first class solution to global travel.  Concur Travel® search engines include many vendors not available through a GDS like Ryanair and EasyJet, and features direct connections with vendors like Southwest Airlines, Air Canada, Virgin Blue and Are Lingus which offer enhanced booking options.  The Internet and electronic tickets have made it feasible to do away with the old business model and pass along the savings to clients.

What if your traveler’s plans change and they bought a nonrefundable ticket?  The Travel Company can void the transaction within 24 hours of when  it was issued.  You can't do that if they bought the ticket from the airline or a travel website.  We save some clients over $100,000 each year just by voiding tickets. 

Unused tickets.  We track your electronic tickets and will remind travelers to reuse them.  This service is not offered for travelers who book their own travel over various websites.

Manage upgrades for qualifying travelers.  The Travel Company keeps current with the classes of service that qualify for upgrades.  We will quote the fare and the ticket will be issued in the necessary class.  This insures the traveler will be upgraded pending availability.
